Getting error message "You are not eligible for any tests. Please contact your program sponsor."

Hi
I am getting this error message "You are not eligible for any tests. Please contact your program sponsor." while scheduling my cks exam. Had a call with psi folks, they told me that your sponsor i.e Linux Foundation needs to approve the test first.
Can anyone help me how to resolve this? My exam is valid until Nov 2024.
