Technical Issues during CKS Exam by PSI Bridge Browser

My name is Chetan Gawande (chetan.gawande093@gmail.com), and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) exam experience that I encountered on 6 march 2024. I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention for resolution.

On the day of the CKS exam, I encountered significant technical difficulties that hindered my ability to complete the assessment successfully. I would like to outline the issues I faced during the examination:
Terminal Unavailability(where we run the command): Upon launching the exam, I encountered difficulty in locating the terminal required for the assessment
Chat Window Visibility: When attempting to communicate with the proctor via the chat function, I faced a challenge as the chat window was only partially visible. This limited visibility hindered effective communication, making it difficult for me to receive necessary instructions and assistance.
Message Readability Issues(chat window): As I struggled to read the messages due to the partial visibility of the chat window, my understanding of the exam instructions and guidance was compromised. This significantly impacted my ability to navigate through the assessment smoothly.

Regrettably, despite my attempts to resolve these issues through communication with the proctor, the problems persisted. Consequently, I experienced further frustration, and eventually, the exam session was prematurely closed.

    We apologize for the issues you encountered during the exam. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam. PSI is not authorized to handle issues related to LF exams, only LF Customer Support team is. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).
