I open JIRA on 2nd of March still its showing unassigned status only any can help on it.

    It can take several business days (no holidays or weekends) for the Support team to respond, depending on the volume. Thank you for your patience while they work to assist all students.

    Hi @dheerajbhajipale

    Each LF ticket is assigned and handled in the order it is received. It can take several business days (no weekends or holidays) for the LF Customer Support team to start working on your ticket. Forums are meant to be used exclusively for course content related questions, while exam related inquiries must be directed and are handled by the Support team. PSI is not authorized to handle LF exam related inquiries.
