mountat?

I develop libfuse3 based fs, which will control access to files. To avoid some possibility to attack, I decided to ran FS as different user. But mount point can be inaccessible to daemon, so I decide to open parent directory as user, who invoke, and pass fd to FS process. But I need somethink like mountat.
