After proctor verification , exam not loaded

I had booked the CKA exam 10 Feb 2024 at 2.00 pm IST, but I could not take it due to some technical issues. The exam did not load, and I contacted the proctor for assistance. I followed the proctor's instructions to relaunch the PSI browser and complete the verification steps several times, but the exam still did not start. The proctor only said that the verification process was completed and the exam would launch shortly, but nothing happened.

I raise TT but no response on TT since last 4 days and my exam status is same grading in progress since last 4 days , please help me in this try to reschedule my exam again.
