My CKA certification was just cut off

My CKA certification was just cut off, a dialog box appeared informing me about some network issue, how do I proceed because I still had extra time to finish the exam

If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later date. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).
