Faced Technical issues couldn't get the questions in the CKAD exams (white screen)

I have Faced Technical issues couldn't get the questions while trying to take my CKAD exam (white screen). the proctor was helpless and PSI support asked to open a ticket to LF to reschedule the exam. I have actually opened two tickets, but none are assigned yet? want to know how long it will take for them to action on the tickets and resolve /reschedule the exam?

    Hi @nashwanmustafa

    Response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). Tickets are addressed in the order they are received and there is no need to open multiple ones. Rest assured that once your ticket is assigned, the Customer Support team will assist you in rescheduling your exam.
