PSI browser crashed or not working during CKA exam (Jan,6 2024)

Hello, During CKA exam suddenly browser got crashed and recreated. Am unable to contact proctor through chat. Proctor was paused my session. And I was informing in chat that am facing browser issue. After few mins my session was ended. I couldn't successfully complete my first take. Can anyone pls help.

If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).
