PSI System Issues during the exam

Hello All,

I just did my exam last night, And it was a very horrible experience with PSI Desktop.
Hope, i will forgot this bad experience, and leave it behind, when i step into new Year :)

Wish you all, a very happy new year in advance!!!

But, good part is the my preparation for it made me very satisfied, though i could not get accreditation from reputed Linux Foundation, a bit of sadness for me.

Hope in future i have an option to do a self signed mechanisms to certify my skill thru some crowdsourced platform :) .. like sort of a blockchain mechanism or similar!

But, on to the topic/issue, i took this exam late in the night, which is the only feasible time for me, if i have to take the exam in my laptop (when family and kids are asleep).

Checkin process was smooth, and as soon as entered the exam setup, the first question (like all other questions) ask you to change the context, so that you are privileged for solving that question. I copy pasted the context from exam panel on the left into terminal, just using the suggested readme guidelines (ctrl + shift + c and ctrl +shift + v), and it worked, great!!

Now to solve the main part of question, i had to refer a sample resource template from Kubernetes documentation, as typing consumes more time. And, copy paste did not work as expected using the previous keyboard short cut, then i tried all possible key combinations, but no luck (close to 10 mins passed by), then i decided to ask for help from PSI Tech.

PSI Tech was of no help. I have almost waited for 60 mins (Proctor paused my screen) for their help. And, i was almost tired as it is past midnight as well! Thats when PSI Tech asked me reload the screen (but there was no option visible), and then they asked me to reboot my Mac Device itself. And, i did, and when i logged back in carried out the checkin process again, but still the same issue (copy paste does not work).

But, to my surprise the 60 mins of my exam time (where proctor paused my screen while waiting for PSI Tech) has been deducted. And, thats when i said good night!!!

Sorry, to say i have no more confidence in taking this exam through this PSI secure remote desktop. I would even say, i am scared of another possible nightmare!

I feel this exam is more of testing PSI Desktop keyboard skill, rather than any of the core CKA topics

I hope Linux foundation will have a better platform for this exam in the future!!!
Or at least an exam center option, where they can have solid consistent setup.

Thanks and Best Regards,
Srinivas
