PSI Browser didnt launch during exam!!

Hi Team,
I was supposed to give my CKA Exam yesterday 7pm IST. The PSI Browser that I installed didnt even launch completely and it continuously kept on being loading status. I tried everything possible with it but it didnt work. I missed my exam!!!
I had raised a support ticket but there doesnt seem to be any response yet. Can someone please help look at this?

I understand that there would be limited support during holidays now @mstepien. I just hope that they have a look at this ticket at the earliest and help me reschedule the exam.
