Regarding grading

I finished the CKA exam on 23rd December at 11:30 A.M, but I haven't had my results till now. I even raised a support ticket, but no response from them.

If you opened a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). Rest assured that once your ticket is assigned, the Support team will assist you.

I don't know why the process is too slow, in terms of grading and getting results also. It's been more than 3 business days and 5 normal days. Still checking the video, I don't know why, but next week few interviews have been scheduled for me. I request you to speed up the process and if I am unable to clear the exam, I have to re-take the exam.
