Terminal Issue during exam CKA

During the exam, I encountered an issue with the terminal. When I typed a character on my keyboard, the terminal entered multiple characters, and when I attempted to navigate through files to edit pod,deployment...files, I experienced erratic behavior such as "skipping several lines" and "scrolling up and down within the file." I couldn't proceed beyond the third question, and I lost almost 30 minutes dealing with this issue. I tried to contact the proctor and also reached out to support. They looked into the problem with me, but were unable to resolve it. Consequently, the support team instructed me to exit the exam and ask for a retake.

the support team also provided me the ticket number in which they describe the issue “3883436”.
After 30 minutes into the exam time trying to fix the issue with support team, the support asked me to stop the exam and submit a ticket on linuxfoundation.

A ticket support in my linux foundation account was created but it's still Unassigned the ticket number is TCCS-91058.

Could you help me to retake my first attempt.

    Hi @hamzabekhtaoui

We are sorry to hear about the issues encountered during the exam. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). Tickets are processed in the order they are received, and assigned once the Support Team starts working on it. Please rest assured that once your ticket is assigned the Support team will assist you in rescheduling the exam.

    Regards,

    Flavia
