CKAD exam marks as Absent while got the technical error in PSI
Hi Team,
I have scheduled CKAD exams on 17-dec-23 at 10 PM IST. I logged in the system at 9:30 PM and click on the launch button and done with the normal process i.e. camera and speaker check it and during check-in page I got the Internet bandwidth issue even my wifi was showing the speed in Mbps. Screenshot is attached
This internet bandwidth pop-up came multiple times and each time I have to go from scratch. After many failure attempts I got connected with the live chat with executive. It was already 10:15 for me and again I was terminated from the session .
I tried again multiple times but same internet bandwidth issue occurred to me.
Now suddenly launch button is disabled as time was 10:30 PM and I am not able schedule the exam not even Retake options are not showing
I deserve both attempts because due to this internet bandwidth issue I was not able connect with test.
Can you please check on it on priority and help me on reschedule the exams
