PSI Bridge Secure Browser 2.10.0 crashed on Apple M1 Sonoma 14.0 (8:00AM Saturday, December 16, 2023 (GMT+8)). I could not get back into the session where I left, it returns "The proctoring session has expired for this exam. Please contact your Exam Sponsor for more information." when I launch the PSI Browser.

I tried to paste some content from the documentation to the terminal, the PSI Browser crashed. What kind of software that doesn't work with ctrl+shift+v and ctrl+shift+c?

I have read this "https://docs.linuxfoundation.org/tc-docs/certification/tips-cka-and-ckad"
it says I can use ctrl+shift+p and ctrl+shift+c.

I practiced CKA tests on killer shell and I had to problem with it.

I have already created a ticket in Training & Certification Customer Support but still there's no response has been made.

What do I do? Will LF reschedule the exam? or I will just try second attempt but I think it's not my fault, right?
