Accidentally Schedule Different time for the exam and miss to attend ( no-show )
I have accidentally Booked my CKA first attempt on 9th December 2023 5.30 a.m instead of 5.30 p.m and missed to take it . i have created a support ticket for this and i still didn't get any reply .I appreciate some directions on below from someone
- Since this was a honest mistake can i sit for a second sitting for the exam ?
- What is the SLA for support team to get back to me with a reply ?
- in the portal it says "Status: Grading in progress." and it's been nearly 40 hours .but still the same

Hi @Deeptha100
Due to the high volume of inquiries this time of the year, it can take several business days (no holidays or weekends) for the Support team to respond.
The Training Team cannot address any exam-related questions in the forum.
Best regards,
Magda

Hi @Deeptha100 , is the foundation team given any response to your query.

All tickets are addressed in the order they are received. Response time varies, especially when large numbers of tickets are in the queue, and can take up to several business days. However, you can rest assured that the Linux Foundation Customer Support Team will assist you once your ticket is assigned.
