Cka Exam Psi browser crashed

Hello

I was attempting the cka exam and the Psi crashed with a network error right in the middle of the exam. Further attempts to start it didn't work either. I have raised a ticket to the support team but no reply. Tried to call the linux foundation but now one answered. I'm a bit lost and amazed on how professional the support at Linux foundation is ??

Tickets are addressed in the order they are received. Support via phone is not available.
