PSI Secure Browser failed to launch exam

28.11 my exam was scheduled. I start before 30 min, system requirements was checked, I downloaded psi browser and installed it, attempt to launch and all next time I saw "please wait while the system is loading"... I opened a ticket (Linux Foundation TCCS-87413), but it's status 'unassigned' now (2 days after creation). I dont understand what i need to do now. How can I retake my exam and how can I be sure that this mistake will not be repeated the next time? 2 days without any reaction to my ticket,
how is this possible with such a high cost of the exam?
