Not reciving an email from Linux Foundation

Hello everyone,

I have an LFID account with the username "gregorlogar991" and was registered with my email. Yesterday I logged in with a username and password on the SSO page and purchased a bundle of course and exam.

After that, when I tried to log in, I got the following message:

Verify your account.
An email was sent to the email address on file, please click the link in the message to verify your account.

I am not getting any emails, I checked my spam folder and everything.

Now I am logged in to the portal with my GitHub profile (which actually has the same email as my LFID account mentioned above) and sadly I can not see my course and certification on a profile.

Does anyone know where can I get support from The Linux Foundation?
