Lab 14.3. Getting Uptime and Load Average

Good day!

In the 14.3 exercise is said:"Ascertain how long your system has been up, and also display its load average"

In the overview of the section №14 is said:"In this section we will discuss the different attributes of a process and how to control them".

It looks like the exercise is not relevant to the purpose of the section. And the necessary utilities (top & uptime) are not included neither in №14, no <14. How do students need to know the answer to the task?

Probably is should be moved to -> in №15, dedicated to the topic of monitroing and covering the use of top & uptime utilities
