Linux kernel

hello dear residents of the forum. please tell me what you are guided by when creating a kernel system? do you have his design for today or tomorrow? a year ahead? ten years ahead? now the core looks like a pile of garbage. everyone is pushing into it! will you shove every driver into the kernel? the kernel will be bloated, it will lose its internal logic, there is not much of it now, but it will become even more terrible. don't you think that all calculations should take place outside the kernel, and the kernel should receive only ready-made results. should it become a kind of logistics of these ready-made results? only this can save the situation, because in the future you will not be able to build another internal interaction of kernel components. why go down a road at the end of which there is a dead end? this can only be done by fools or deliberate pests whose goal is to destroy the core.
