CKA cert expires in 4 days, need to rewrite, its been over 24 hours and grading is still in progress

I wasn't able to start the CKA exam cause I couldn't stop a process that the PSI app needed to terminate. Super frustrating. I've created a ticket for that but I'm assuming that's a fail but its now been over 24 hours and its still waiting to complete grading (not sure how hard it is to grade a 0).

Problem is, my certification expires in 4 days. I need to reschedule the exam. Can someone please help!

How is the grading of the exam not automated?

If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you. Please note that response time can take several business days.
