How many days take for a ticket to be assigned to the support engineer?

Hi Team,
I did create a support ticket, want to check how many days takes for a ticket to be assigned to the support engineer.

The ticket number is TCCS-81060

Please, can someone from Linuxfoundation help me with this?

It may take several business days to receive a response (no holidays or weekends), as the Customer Support team handles tickets in the order they are received.

It can take several business days (no weekends or holidays) for the Customer Support team to address a ticket. Each ticket is processed in the order it is received.
