[CKA] No reply on Jira support, my exam is expiring in 9 days. What do I do?

I had a blurry ID issue when I took the exam(CKA) on 30th September 9PM, and the proctor asked me to contact the support team(PSI Support) and immediately start the exam again.
No one picked up the call despite waiting for 20 mins, calling over 3 times.

What happens if the Jira ticket is never replied to, and my exam validity expires?
