CKA Bad experience with PSI Bridge exam - disconnected during exam

I was disconnected from the PSI while taking the test. When I reconnected, I went through the check-in process from the beginning and the remaining time passed when I resumed the test. I took the total test time for about an hour, which is against me. This was my second test and I don't have a chance left. Looking at the reviews of people who have experienced the same thing as me, they say they reset the time, but I feel unfair why they did this to me. In this regard, action or compensation is required.
