How to recover from problem of PSI terminal during the exam

Yesterday, I appeared for CKAD exam, I was not able to switch between the windows and terminal during the exam. Also it got closed automatically which wastes time during the exam. I missed the certification from one mark and I think it should be attributed to problem observed on the remote desktop. Please provide the remedial action as I have booked my second attempt after a month.
