Can I refer to my own notes on GitHub during JSNAD exam?

As the title mentions, could I refer to my personal notes during exam. (Notes are held on GitHub)?

I know that I am able to refer to the Node.js docs and MDN docs, but how about GitHub? Thanks.

    You will not be able to use your notes. Please take a look at the Candidate Hanbook, as it contains important information about the exam.
