CKA Exam Issues

Today (Aug-21-2023) I had scheduled my exam for CKA.

I was successfully able to launch the exam, all the verification and validation are completed successfully.

After that once the exam session was launch, i was not able to type anything on the exam terminal, requested proctor but he could not help, then technical team member came for support.

I followed all the instruction shared by him, but no luck, Support ticket no - 363054 (no might be incorrect as I cannot copy it from PSI window) was raised for this issue.

After following all the instruction, launch the PSI session again, but same issue was there, enable to type anything on exam terminal, exam time left was 50 mins, for all this process.

Horrible experience, request you to please help or advice further.
