Need to do setting for ssh in Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS 9.1

As per security concern, we have to update following update in our RHEL server.

• Password authentication should be disabled for all publicly accessible SSH services.=== this point also done. (I have done this point by editing sshd_config file and set no for Password authentication)

• Consideration should be given to using Certificate based authentication wherever possible. (This point i am not sure how i can do, should i have to create certificate file for putty access?)

Can anyone please help me to get any solution.
