My remote desktop did not work properly

Yesterday i took the ckad exam. The remote desktop did not work properly. in beginning it start late in that way my 15-20 min gone in starting the desktop . then after running desktop it was geeting reset in every 5 min so i am not able to answere thee questions properly . The terminal is too slow after writing command i have to wait for approx 1 min to appear it on console. killer.sh terminal is much better than that actual environment. pls help me with this so i did not face that issue on retake.
