Not able to launch the exam.

I cannot launch the exam with some error saying that it cannot be provisioned due to an internal system problem.

    Please open a ticket with our Customer Support Team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, and they will be able to assist you. Please allow several business days (no holidays or weekends) for the Support team to respond.
