Hello,

Today we discussed an issue encountered during an attempt to take the CKAD exam. The issue was related to a mismatch between the candidate's name on his government issued identification and the name the proctor was seeing on the candidate's training portal.

The lesson learned is that the learner's/candidate's name should be filled in exactly as it is spelled on the government issued identification. Any name corrections/updates in the learner's portal should be completed prior to scheduling the exam. Any attempts to modify/edit/correct the name at the time of the exam with the proctor present will disqualify the candidate from that attempt.
