Unable to start exam due to ID card verification

Hi Team,

I'm unable to verify my id card on PSI software, i have contacted them PSI they asked to install anydesk but Im unable to launch UI in ubuntu, so they asked to reschedule the exam.

kindly help reschedule the exam
