Can't reset secondary PCI bus, detach NIC Realtek

Dear Maintainers

I have a 02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8125 2.5GbE Controller (rev 05)
I have disabled ASPM because I had problems of nic stopping to work correctly.
The nic started to work normally after that.
Now it randomly stops working again

Searching the net I have found this

Could it be related ?
How can I fix this ?
