PSI PROBLEM I could not write in the exam terminal (CKA Exam)

i am Chakroun hamza
I passed the CKA exam on Monday, 8:00 pm, Tunisian time..
In the first hour, everything was fine, but in the second hour, a problem occurred on the exam terminal, so I could not write in the exam terminal (just copy paste) .
I explained this to the observer and the technician who tried to fix the exam environment, but to no avail.. I am very upset about this...
The invigilator opened a ticket about the problem (338920)...to repeat the exam...but today I was notified of my lack of success in the exam..I am asking you to repeat the exam with the two opportunities..because the problem is in the exam environment (PSI)..Thanks
