CKA Exam session terminated during the exam

Hi Team, I had the exam on 27-April-2023, all setup done, exam started. Session got terminated while the exam and tried to star the psi software from downloads. Nothing happened, raised ticket TCCS-67551 but no response, should I wait for the response to resume the exam.

Can someone please assist.
