[URGENT] During the CKA exam, 'Take Exam' button did not working! and Support Ticket system was same

I know that this forum may not be the appropriate space for me to inquire about my situation. However, as the support ticket system is currently not functioning, I had no choice but to post here. I apologize for any inconvenience.


Yesterday 10:00pm(UTC+9, KST) was my CKA exam reserved (04/19/2023).
But I couldn't join the exam due to 'Take Exam' button was not working.
So, I'd like to raise a support ticket for it.
But support ticketing system also not working (https://trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org/)

As a result, I couldn't join the CKA exam and I spent a lot of time for resolve it.
Please let me know how can I take my exam again.

    Please open a ticket with the LF Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, and they will assist you. While the system may have been down at some point, it is up and running - this is the only way to get assistance in regards to your exam.

    Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).
