Exam marked absent by proctor

Hi

I scheduled cka exam on 15th April

14:30pm

i was facing technical challenges even after running system checks which worked fine.

However during exam my psi browser kept crashing. I was able to make it to the checkin page but it crashed again and did not launch

can someone help with some contact person that I can reach since no body has been responding on the ticket

it has been 4 days
