I couldn't take my scheduled exam today

I got this error today when I tried to launch the exam:
"Error while creating PRS request. Please contact your administrator."

I already created a support ticket but these inconveniences are a waste of time and in the forum you can see several complaints related to the platform for launching the exams. Apologies are not enough, I hope in the future you fix or change the platform. In the meantime I won't think about a Linux Foundation certification again.
