i was unable to copy, paste and open kubernetes documentation page from last 30 mins

i have schedule my CKA exam today at 2:30 ist but while giving exam i was unable to copy, paste and open kubernetes documentation page from last 30 mins i was asking support team to help me on that but i guess they were also not familiar with the problems which i was facing, i have raised the jira tickets waiting for linux foundation team to check on the issue.

Any advice on how I can proceed to request that I be given the opportunity not to miss the first attempt and to reschedule it?

    Hi @raj8143

    It can take several business days for the LF Customer Support team to respond to your ticket. They will be assisting you with rescheduling and reinstating the first attempt. In addition, you may want to check out the exam technical instructions provided in the exam documentation.

    Hi @fcioanca , thanks for your reply.

    It has been like more then 48hrs and i didnt get any update on the jira, is this the usually people wait ?
