Lab 20.3 - 20.7: No service discovery working no targets and no metrics

After set up the cluster with kubeadm, cri-o (because I had problems with containerd) and weave Prometheus does not show any target of the existing pods, so I think service discovery is not working and that's why there are not metrics. It also does not return metrics for lab 20.7 so I think is problem of the Prometheus deployment that does not configure well service discovery. I'm pretty sure about this considering that the git repot hasn't been updated for 2 years and has probably become obsolete.

On the other hand, it would be much easier if minikube were used.
