unable to schedule exam

What's wrong? I still can't schedule exam after Agree to Global Candidate Agreement, Verify Name and Select Platform are checked and waiting for two days. I requested support but no one responded.

    @ericsu0213 i m also facing same issue . How it is resolved for you?

  • I requested a support. They reset the status of checklist. I just verified all of them again and waited for 30 min. Schedule button became avaiable.
