unable to schedule exam

What's wrong? I still can't schedule exam after Agree to Global Candidate Agreement, Verify Name and Select Platform are checked and waiting for two days. I requested support but no one responded.

    If you have already opened a support ticket at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, they will assist you. Please note that response time takes several business days.

    I requested a support. They reset the status of checklist. I just verified all of them again and waited for 30 min. Schedule button became avaiable.
