No audio / microphone on Ubuntu with MSI x299 Gaming motherboard

Context
I recently installed Ubuntu on a new SSD on my typically gaming PC, and I can't get audio or microphone to work. I suspect I don't have the necessary drivers installed.
Hardware

Board Name: X299 GAMING M7 ACK (MS-7A90)

Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Problem
I don't see the soundcard anywhere. MSI only offers drivers for Windows through their site. I can't find any drivers elsewhere. Microphone also is not detected.
Is there any place to download drivers for this motherboard? Do I need to update my BIOS?
