Cannot find killer.sh Exam Simulator Link. Is There A DigitalOcean Lab Environment?

I purchased this course with the exam as a bundle. I think it should include access to the killer.sh exam simulator but I cannot this link anywhere.

Is There A DigitalOcean Lab Environment?
In the course resources which I've downloaded, there's a video (ExpressLearning1.mp4) explaining how to launch the lab environment on DigitalOcean with $200 credit. I could not find any link in the course to such an environment.

The ExpressLearning video was uploaded in error, and is unrelated to this course - it will be removed asap. The killer.sh simulator can be accessed from the exam checklist.
