dpkg Knowledge Check 8.1 - quiz results shown wrong

Hello,
in chapter 8 about DPKG, the knowledge check has a problem with showing the correct result.
There are only 2 questions (i answer both correct (checked with review question results)

In question 2, there is also strange behavior with selecting a answer, you click one and always 2 are selected. it also shows as incorret but all are marked as correct.

at the end the quiz result shows up with 1 of 2 correct answered.****

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The behavior you noticed in question 8.2 was due to the fact that options A and C were the same, and the platform recognized it. While you clicked on one option, both A and C were marked as correct; however, the platform also recognized that you did not click on both options, and since 3 were marked correct, it only counted two clicks. We fixed the problem by removing one of the duplicated options.
