Queries regarding emailing after task completion

Hi. I am currently working on the skill-evaluation tasks and I have a few queries about emailing proof of completion.

  1. When sending an email to submit proof of task completion, shall I disable HTML format?

  2. After uploading a doc on the website as proof, shall I simply send the link to that doc in the email or shall I send the doc itself as an attachment?
