Tunnel Error CKS Exam

I faced Tunnel Error several times during my CKS exam I attended on 31st Jan 23. PSI support engineer raised ticket but couldn't help me by solving the issue.. My exam was terminated after multiple error.. but not sure why the Marking is done and I am seeing the my score as failed.. I was assured that I can re schedule the exam but I am still waiting for the ticket reply...

    Hi @JagdishMathpal

    Did you open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team already? If not, please open one at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, as the LF Support team is the only one that can assist with rescheduling, and PSI does not open one in your name. Once the ticket is opened, response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays), as tickets are addressed in the order they are received.

  • Hi @fcioanca, Yes I have created the ticket after the issue I faced on 31st Jan 2023, Ticket reference number is (TCCS-59622). It has been 4 days passed but I have no response on thicket.
