installing argo workflow and falco

The link to install argo flow from the install scrip under argo-flaco repo seems to be broken

error: unable to read URL "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/argoproj/argo-workflows/stable/manifests/install.yaml", server reported 404 Not Found, status code=404
Error from server (NotFound): configmaps "workflow-controller-configmap" not found

The new url for installation has the version
kubectl apply -n argo -f https://github.com/argoproj/argo-workflows/releases/download/v3.4.4/install.yaml

but my pods falco & workflow aren't running, see below ouput
