Lab 11: setup for vote-deploy Jenkinsfile not included in lab

Heads-up: The instructions for Lab 11 (Continuous Deployment with Argo CD) do not include the Jenkinsfile in our new vote-deploy repo. The changes to our existing example-voting-app/Jenkinsfile are included, as are the yaml files in vote-deploy, but the Jenkinsfile used by our new deployment job was missed.

For students that reach the lab before this is corrected: I completed the lab using the example at https://github.com/eeganlf/vote-deploy/blob/master/Jenkinsfile, making sure use my own credentials, user IDs, and branch names as appropriate.
