can't get the CKA exam result

I finished my CKA exam yesterday (June 22, 2023). And I haven't received my results (it's December 23, 25 hours after I finished the exam). It is supposed to be only 24 hours or less.
During the exam I had a problem to open the terminal to finish the last 3 questions I had, for that I asked the proctor and tech support for a solution and they created a ticket as a problem I encountered during the exam.

I request to have my result as soon as possible or reschedule the exam if the score is below the set threshold (problem in remote desktop to reopen the terminal), it is an emergency.
