CKAD - PSI Scheduling Issues

I've attempted to schedule the exam three times and this is all that I get. Just a spinning circle that doesn't ever resolve.

I appear to get issues now installing the PSI Secure Browser software.

The email provided above did not work but I believe I was able to get a ticket through linuxportal

I just wanted to add this here for continuity since I was unable to upload screenshots in the ticket.
